I'm selling on my Black Planet X AL30d wheelset to fund a new project. Very mild use over the last year (Shop/Park runs only) mostly kept indoors overnight and run smooth and true. Front wheel has seen brakes, rear never has and is mat black fat marked on the brake surface. De-stickered and no chips in the paint. 30mm Deep.
Splitting from my rolling frame sale over in Complete/ F&F for £60 collected from KT9/Kingston
Includes 15t Sprocket & lockring, near new 16t Freewheel, near new 38c tyres and tubes and the bolts.

I'm moving on to a new project so this is up for sale:
subrosa malum cromo frame size M (54cm c-c, 23" top tube)
charge scissor forks, planet X al30d wheels (de-stickered), 49t stronglight crank.
Issue with the crank! Non drive side bolt (hex, self extracting) is quite rounded. If you want to remove bb you'll need your lbs to remove the bolt. Cant see them having an issue, but you'll want a new bolt afterwards. Drive side is fine so you can change gear ratios.
Crank spider travels very close to the frame, if you're a heavier rider you might want to grind them back a little to stop potential frame rub under power. All parts about 1 year old, shop/park runs only. No freestyle riding, no crashes. A couple of very little chips on fork and has been re-drilled to take a brake, kept indoors 75% of nights, all bearings smooth.
What else do you get for your monies? Pretty much new tubes and 38c tyres on the wheels, 15t sprocket and 16t freewheel, chain tugs, pedals (but not straps), headset, a couple of spacers and a beater bmx stem.
Add a chain, post, saddle and bars and away you ride!£170 collected from kt9/kingston
I'll be happy to split the wheels off for £60 inc sprocket, fw, tubes and tyres.

Personally I prefer using the park during the half of the year where cars are banned (between dusk and dawn). Hardly anyone around (just a few joggers) and easy to hoon around (averaging 20mph+, naughty me!) with good quality lights.
This. I'm rarely at the park before 8pm, its so much nicer. Yesterday was my first "in, round & out before the gates shut" though, summer is coming and 40 days of twighlight riding!

So, thoughts on a (South West? Surrey?) regular pub meet in Kingston upon Thames? Could call it Tues or Wed as to not step on West's or South's toes? The reason for me, I cant get out before 8:30pm so makes Hammersmith Wests and Clapham Souths not worth the travel.
or am I about to get beef for being outside the holy A205 boundy?

I dont know how much call there is for this on here, but I've put up a group for those a bit more south than "South" and around the KT area. Get involved if you're down this way!

I don't think i'm being unreasonable. I mean for a start those forks arent even meant to take a break
Neither do I, if it got anywhere near porn I'd wash your eyes out with soap! Its the oposite to my road bike, thats it's purpose.
Yep, those forks have a stupid hole drilled and you'd need a 100mm reach brake to get to the rim. It has been re-drilled and a DiaCompe MX fitted. I had a big off 9 months ago, fractured rib and fooked shoulder = it was never going to be brakeless. Plus I'm pushing 49/15.
sold. Thanks!
