@Browndonneur , not too dissimilar to the proportions of your Clandestine, which is no surprise at all, as it was a key inspiration for this build.
@kjlem , I've never had a touring bike so I wouldn't know what one feels like, I think I'm one of those people that think a bike just feels like a bike (ill-informed, uneducated, or just plain ambivalent maybe).
I really like the little bits of frame jewellery (stainless details) Winston does, that's one of the reasons I keep going back to him. -

@Browndonneur , sorry missed your comment, thanks. Them puff pastry mince pies are a bit lacking in filling, but enjoyable nonetheless.
@Five-Hats ta, I'll do my very best, already planning the next frameset, current thinking is exactly the same as this, minus the gear shifty bits, a nice single speed for flat rides and the commute. -

What was today's treat Hayley?
I may just check in every third day to find out what the treat was.
This is my kind of riding, fuck ultra/audax/pass hunting. The only riding I'm doing from henceforth is cake hunting (like pass hunting, but without carrying your bike over a mountain, and probably more calories in than out).
Peace n love, enjoy your rides. -

It's a Carradice Audax made of lightweight waterproof fabric rather than duck cotton, it's now been replaced by the Cambrian in the line up.
Edit: one of these
