No worries, luckily someone on another forum pointed it out before taking it out... still no idea why I ordered a bmx chain!
Think I need to find a more 'compliant' carbon fork, this thing rattles along constantly, messing with my joints! #oldbeforemytime

Update, the thread needs a new name: Trek t1 the most sophisticated doping scheme in sport.
3,000 miles later the bikes put me through a lot of pain and a lot of changes but I fecking love riding it and its just about perfect now.
Rebuilt the whole cockpit with a 90mm Cinelli stem attached to lola bull horns with Cinelli AVS gel pads wrapped under Cinelli bar tape and a TT lever for braking.
Gearing has come down to 51x18 for Winter. I love the velosolo store.

Thanks y'all for the advice, I'll try and get some more stats up, might have to consider a small frame if it's 1cm longer than my current bike, gonna wait for a LBS to stock some.
Where (in the US that is) can you find this model/color ?
I've not looked yet, as far as I can tell from google it is a USA only paint scheme but can't find any USA stores listing 2013 stock yet...

Hurrah, wiggle are listing 2013 frames now!
I'm 5'9 and looking at a 54cm frame but not very good at understanding the geometry figures. Compared with my current track bike is this fractionally more relaxed?
Bikes: Cinelli vs T1
Head angle: 73 vs 74
Head tube length: 15 vs 14.1
TT actual: 53.7 vs 54
TT effective: 54.5 vs 53.6
BB drop: 5.8 vs 5
Chainstay: 39.2 vs 38.6
Wheelbase: 96.6 vs 95.1
-

from my point of view comfort has more to do with the right choice of seatpost, saddle and fork
cheers, yeah on my current bike [trek T1] i've made it comfier with a better seatpost, saddle and pads under the bar tape but it's still a very rough ride for my elbows, needs a new fork or a new frame..
All I need to do now is find a decent American Cinelli store that will ship one over. Why'd they make the grey/pink colour scheme USA only!!

8 hours 23 is nuts!
Did IM UK this year and as a naff swimmer and very average runner was happy with 11 hours 57 minutes! Left the water in 698th position and finished the ride in 152nd but lost a few on the run to finish 231st of 1500.
Swim [2.4]: 1:23:23 Bike [112]: 5:46:07 Run [26.2]: 4:28:31 Overall: 11:57:00
It's all about the bike leg.

Thanks for emailing through the pictures this morning.
This is exactly what I'm looking for at the mo but I wouldn't be able to collect so I'm going to have to let someone else bite your hand off for it. If you become open to posting drop me a message.
If you want help hosting the pictures I could put them up here for you?
Pete
