1.) sugino zen 48t chainring. Only done about 150 miles so practically brand new. £80
2.) Miche primato crankset - same as above £40. Will sell as pair for £115
3.) mks custom Nuevo njs pedals with gold coloured face plates. Again practically new, only wear is from having cages mounted. Bearings super smooth. You can take these with some custom made horizontal straps made to fit the pedals (or I can remove them) - £70
4.) Miche primato 107mm bottom bracket. Hardly used £10
5.) campag bb tool - £5
6.) kinex 107mm bottom bracket, iso taper - fitted but never ridden £10

Yup, thats my commute route! Was probably taking it a bit easy whilst getting used to the magical world of SPDs

Just spotted all the 01FIX1 lot cycling off to enjoy the sunny Wednesday night ride, as I was on my way home to die of this flu. Sucks to be me.

It was a hectic ride out of the city centre. I had a mild "oh shit" moment and got split up from group and then was playing catch up all the way to parrs wood. Was a young lad riding with me with no breaks and no foot retention! MADNESS

Deffo not! I think there needs to be a spacer somewhere as the forks seem insanely snug with the frame

Seems to be, it's just one of the easy to pop on crown races so went on even and easy.

Sounds similar to wills problem above actually...

Does anyone know what size integrated headset the mielec s take? I tried a 45/45 alpina headset and there was always a little wobble in the headtube unless I did it up super tight (and ended up with stiff as fuck steering).

Put the Alpina 36/45 headset from my Dolan in and this seems much happier?

I may have answered my own question there but just want to know what size headset others have installed?
