Can someone help me identify these track (?) bars by Cinelli. Stem is from the 60s, 3ttt, but I have no idea whether the bars are from the same period or not.
They look like Cinelli 65 aka Criterium and they began production sometime in the '60s, I'm not sure when exactly. The logo pictured was used until the late 70s I think you are OK here. Very early models not are ano'd, late 60's they will be.

If you get desperate I'm selling a 24h rear c-record. Currently laced to 90mm carbon clincher but may seperate (though holds HHSB value as is).

Pretty rare. You could probably find a matching front (road, QR) easy enough in 24 too.
Wish to keep but upgrading wheelset to tubs. -

Hey guys.
Needle in the haystack type stuff here.
I am looking for a Campag Scirocco 24 hole clincher, 24 holes only. Just one, rim only but will buy whole. I THINK they exist but I am having a very hard time finding one! They share the same profile as Shamal clinchers. Tying my luck here! Here is a picture of one:

Your requested dimensions are not out of reach for a 700c frame with typical angles. I have a track frame here 52 c-c top tube, 48 c-c seat and BB height of 28cm. Small cages don't strike with 25mm tires. Unless you really want a funny bike you don't have to.
