I use NIMH batteries so I’m not an expert, but I think the C rating in a lipo battery is less important for crawling as I doubt the motor you’re using is ever demanding a high current delivery. Eg a typical brushed crawling motor will be high turn and therefore low current.

You need a high C rating, if you have like a 5000kv brushless motor and you’re hooning something round a car park at 60kph with mad accelerations.

Lower back and shoulders can be helped hugely by being stronger. I do body weight workouts and a few moves with a couple of 5kg dumbbells, a few of times a week.

We’re talking plank, mountain climbers, bicep and triceps curls, lateral lifts… those kinds of thing.
