Budget? I have a small women's dolomite (this one https://www.evanscycles.com/pinnacle-dolomite-5-2017-women-s-road-bike-EV275642) which will be for sale soon. It is tubeless ready, has 32s with guards currently.

Bummmpp, a v nice bike but sadly just that tiny bit too big for me...
