PM answered about aging this bike...
88 89 ish. straight forks started to appear 87 88 on master pius (people at that time thought straight forks to be steering difficult and changed some of their forks into the old school bended forks). This on has internal cable routing whereas older ones have extrenal cable routing. Also the ace on the rearstay lug is younger than the older Colnago letter pantos on the rearstay tube just underneath the saddle.

Fully chromed frame. Condition paint is very well and chrome is extremely good for a used Colnago. Campagnolo bottom bracket. Tange headset. Curved fork and cable routing through the frame. Superb Gilco profiled tubes. Ferrari red. 10 times world champion stickers. 61 ct

Rode with Fedor in early 70s. He was visiting some Milk Race mates in Stoke on Trent and joined a winter training ride. We were all very proud but it was obvious that he could have ridden us juniors off he is wheel without breaking sweat. Oddest thing was that he was wearing a fur hat.

SOLD: Really, no REALLY Nice Pinarello Gavia. This is the evolution model of the fabous Montello and IMO the pinnacle of steel designed Pinarellos. Alot of engravings on the frame. The pantos on the seatcluster are relly awesome. Size 56.5-57 CT. Unfortunately this bike is too small for me so it needs to go. It is THE most beautiful Pinarello I have ever seen. Period.
The frame and parts look like new. Bought it from a boat engineer, typical polisher instead of rider. He has cherished this bike until that I bought it in Spring 2014. He used to renew all the bearing with original ones each year...
