Budget is not a worry (Ha! I'm so posh).

We'll be coming into St. Pancras so close to there is a plus, but the likelihood is that we'll be spending the day in London and can travel around a bit. It'll probably be a lunchtime meal rather than a dinner though.

Can anyone please recommend a good Japanese restaurant in London? A friend and I will be travelling up to yon fair city next week and I know she's never tried that sort of thing before.

Interesting one this morning. Rounded a corner about to join a dual carriageway only to come across a chap sitting on the back step of a works transit with blood pissing from a nasty cut in his head. I, of course, uttered the completely not-stupid question "Is everything alright?" as another person asked if I knew the name of the road? I did, and ended up calling an ambulance for the pissy-head guy.

Turned out he'd sped round the corner, lost control, hit a lamp-post and then rolled his car down a pretty steep slope. The car was a complete wreck, impressively so! A fire engine was on it's way to join the two police cars and ambulance that had turned up as I left.

Nah still don't argue with scoble'ing the street. Standard oh scoble moments though. Cabbie wants to cut in front or kill you. Nothing too close. I'm looking to get some rollers soon to up some speed and endurance for the right price though.

I keep on don't argue with scoble guys on the road but mainly get a head nod or a hand up/ acknowledgment. So in an interest of oh scoble moments. I will now approach the centre where possible don't argue with scoble as close as possible to say wassup. Lol.

Taking this month off for fasting but will be coming back in August. God willing.

I'm leaving the country for Canada soon and need to understand options for converting a large amount of GBP to CAD (a good few thousand pounds worth). However I don't have a clue, the last time I changed up money was fifty quid for a school outing to Calais.

Searching for different options just gets me currency conversion sites. Is opening a Canadian account and doing the transactions electronically an option? Or do I just sort it out with my Uk account, then transfer it over when I get there? Or is there something else I can do?!?

If someone is able to point me in the right direction I'd be really grateful!

I like the idea of having the eye level lights, makes them really nice and distinct from the regular traffic lights, interesting stuff.

What's a Matrix fall? Is that where the first fall is pretty good and sets up a lot of expectations, but the second and third falls get progressively worse?

That's great news though thanks. I've no idea what job I'll be getting over there but am hoping that I'll be able to commute all year round. It also looks like there are a bunch of good long distance rides and trails I can take.
