As long as have been writing with Robert on bikemielec@bikemielec.com, you'll be fine.

Nice! Did you drill the forks yourself?
We are a lot of guys in Denmark, who have drilled the Alpina fork including me.
You just need the two things on the picture. The drill and the thing (don´t know the english term) on the drilling platform, that holds the fork while drilling.
EDIT:
Drill vice (thank you drøn)

Pretty sure they're these http://www.store.superbbicycle.com/product/superb-sprint-matte-black-track-fork
Edit: seems sold out. Factory five and colossi should also have these. also for what it's worth, at the time I asked (about a year ago) Orlowski offered custom steel forks for 100Euros, which seems like a very reasonable price. Thanks :-)

It's not a mielec fork, it's a flat crown steel track fork of some variety.
I would hate to buy the wrong one. Would it be something like this?

Or do you have a better link?

Yeah, that´s mine. But now I´m wondering how to get a new matching fork.
Nice white one you´ve got. Is it a size 52?
Got away from the crash with a broken left scaphoideum
