Someone buy my Track Champ plzzzz
-
Bumping as bought some Planet X forks for this as thought I would actually build it up and use it as a runaround.
After building it up then decided actually I definitely don't want it so is back up for sale with a revised price.
Reasoning for the revised price other than the addition of the forks is that I thought I saw a minor crack (given the reputation of these frames I wanted to be sure it was / wasn't) so sanded down the are. There is definitely no crack. Won't affect anything other than aesthetics.
(Turned out it was incredibly ingrained dirt into the weld I just got a bit sandpaper happy. Was thinking of stripping it anyway)
Additional pictures available on request.
£175 for frame, forks & headset. Everything else thrown in apart from the spacers maybe.
Bottom bracket will need replacing as is a bit old and knackered, I can leave it in, or take it out up to you.

Big up all for a fun day, I will be more talkative and less tired on the next one! :)
Also @Clockwise apologies for dropping you on the way home, we battered off looked round and you where gone!

Thanks man. Reported at the police station so we will see what happens with it, number plate and witness seems pretty foolproof but I wonder how much effort is actually put into this kind of thing.
Never understand how people can just drive off, if I had gone over (was a miricale I stayed up tbh) it would have been a much worse crash.

Yeah i'm good man just a bruise I think... Nelson seems fine too on first inspection, think my arm / shoulder took most of the impact. Whole right side of my body is starting to ache which i'm a little worried about, but it does that normally so hard to tell...
@fizzy.bleach all over this, currently looking at which form to fill in and going to drop into the police station tomorrow morn on the way into work.
@edscoble yep indeed, wac. No way he/she didn't see / here it either as it was quite a thump

Had my first proper crash since starting commuting 6 months ago. Was coming down a bus lane in streatham (before 7 so cars not allowed in it).
Guy in corsa turns and indicates at same time into bus lane to try and go down the inside of traffic.
I veer to the left hit the rear left of his car hard, then hit the kerb bounce about a bit and just manage to keep the bike upright. He drives straight off, luckily nice cyclist behind me sees the whole thing. Have the guys reg and a witness, no damage to me or the bike I think (maybe a bruised arm). Currently looking into how I report this heinous crime!
