I don't understand the WHY. That's all. You have a bike that is approx 6.2 Kg (i.e. LIGHT). That is apparently comfortable. And that you are apparently happy riding.
To replace that with an expensive, lightweight, probably not very practical bike, that wouldn't see much outdoor time. It seems excessive. I think there was talk at the beginning about this. So, I'm just repeating that really.
tl;dr: You could waste money elsewhere on a different kind of bike.

Our garden has no grass. The only things in the shed are bikes and bike stuff. And some booze when we had to hide it from the mother in law. Which, given I'm ill and there's horrible whisky out there, I might bring in for "medicinal purposes".
