In all honestly would any UK government of the last 50 years realised this was a good investment? Improving transport links in this country is seen as roads, or the occasional rail improvement. Cycling isn't seen by our politicians or theirs constituents as a viable way of getting about more easily, let's hope that changes.

Novice race done :) great fun and got quicker as I got more confident with the tight turns ... Never did master the tricky 180 degree turn on a steep off camber section though. Watched the seniors races, and definitely doable for me, so bring on next season

There's some really good racing bit further down the men's race, but the directors always seem to focus on just the leader which is a shame. The race in itself isn't dull.

The slow crawl to the side says it all, ouch!

White 60cm frame, carbon seat post, front fork drilled for a brake (not fitted but can include caliper / cross top lever if wanted) SRAM omnium cranks, tubular wheels. Few scratches etc on frame, but good solid bike, located Exeter £275

Much fun had at castle Combe despite the rain on Sunday, and the savage headwind. So nice to be on smooth traffic free tarmac, even if it involves being soaked to the skin.

My quite shonky planet X Stealth is here now, I'm more comfortable going slow on a bso than a cervelo to be honest.
