Apologies to the person who DAS'd me around 8pm last night by Clapham South tube. It was a particularly feeble attempt at a skid from a standing start.

I've sent 3(?) emails last year and there was no replies to any of them.

Oh. Hopefully you'll get one soon. Seems like no-one had been looking after for it for a while - there's probably a fairly big backlog..

Was chatting to the guy who looks after the storage on Saturday. He gets so many emails he doesn't always reply but your name does get added to the list. Apparently there are 100 names on the list at the moment. 10 spaces recently came free and of the first 10 people he emailed only 1 has got back to him asking for a space. About 6 hadn't got back to him at all and he was going to give them another week before moving on again down the list. So, if you're near the top of the list, you could be in luck pretty soon, but if you're near the bottom of the list, you probably won't...

All going well, construction on the new pavilion could start later this year which would create a load more bike storage by next summer.

Hi James. Good to chat briefly this morning.

I didn't know Josh. But I am touched by his passing. He sounds like quite a character. It is good to hear that during his time on earth, he has brought a lot of fun and happiness to a lot of people. It is perhaps in the light of this very hard for some to comprehend why he should want to take his life. Many see it as a selfish act. Perversely the rationale is often the very opposite. It is the ultimate sacrifice; in that person's mind, an absolutely selfless act.

I hope he has found peace.

My porch never leaves my driveway either due to being built-in to the rest of the house.

Yep, the HHV guy who plays the part of Francesco Moser in the Flying Scotsman is definitely Phil. Lovely chap (as they all are down at HHV).

Calling out the tit that decided to go round the traffic hump on the right rather than the left causing him to cycle directly into my path such that I needed to brake to avoid a collision (as he was apparently disinclined to similarly impede his progress). Not sure why such a manoeuvre merited a mouthful in my direction (which was duly returned).

Calling myself out. Didn't stop at a pedestrian crossing I should have. Pedestrian crossing was hidden behind the cyclist in front of me. Should pay more attention.

Also the floppy-haired twat who rear-ended me while trying to wobble between me and a parked car.

Had quite a few people rear end me recently. Whilst I have been stationary for some time. Don't get it. Is it really that difficult to judge stopping distance or the amount of space your bicycle takes up in front of you?
