Gone through a bit of churn in my office system last few months, got a 50% deal on a Linn Selekt DSM (RCA out, not amp) but had a number of issues with electronic noise, back and forth with the retailer trying to reproduce, ended up getting a refund, for something that should cost 4 grand the build quality was shite and the software buggy as hell, have ended up buying a BluSound Node X, and overall a much better experience and I cannot hear a difference between the two.

Trying to find a luggage i saw someone had today,
Black backpack, fold or rolltop, brompton block, not wider and short like most a normal taller rectangle shape but quite small. Had white ‘fold’ trio silhouette, I thought it had ‘b1 rdp’ lettering but cant find anything relevant when googling

Just back from a weekend away with some friends that had a gas BBQ and we cooked 2 breakfasts, 1 lunch and all 3 dinners on the BBQ because its just so much more convenient,
Im now tempted to get one so I have both options for a casual after work BBQ, which getting messy with coals always puts me off of

endless appliance woes on the oven front for me.
£125 for an engineer to say our oven basiaclly isnt repairable.
£800 new oven that they wouldnt install because the old oven and hob were wired into the dedicated block
£90 to an electrician who has discovered that the 'oven' labelling on the consumer unit goes nowhere, only the hob labelled block is actually wired up through to the kitchen.
minimum £200+ quote to wire it up, plus decorating repair work. The CU is in the garage at the front, the kitchen is on the first floor at the back, so i imagine this is a significant problem.
The electrician said that the oven needs to be max 13amp to not required new wiring, my calculations suggest that the oven we had delivered requires 13.3.. how much of an issue is this really? is it feasible to make it work? the oven ordered has pyrolytic cleaning which is I guess why it consumes more power and could be a problem if the hob thats also wired to the same spur was running but we would never do this?
I didnt find this, i had LS50 for years before get a KC62, which i had and tweaked for a year and ultimately sold, a good amp made way more difference (for music i like ) than the sub did!
