I am trying to get a special surprise gift for someone who currently plays a squier mustang.
my understanding of their choice is they are quite small, small hands, short scale length and narrow neck meant the mustang was a great fit.
Said person is big into playing, they perform alot, and I know they are into vintage guitars and amps but could never afford one.
My current idea is to buy a vintage fender mustang, but I do not understand how I can verify whether the neck depth is still accessible to this person, was this always a mustang thing throughout its history? am i better talking to some actual shops that have some in stock?

Any Pro Max people? i loved my 12 mini, but the battery was hot garbage so I go a Pro, my hands are too small for the Pro, so I use a pop-socket thing (magsafe one).. considering just going Pro Max.. if I cant hold the Pro anyway, may as well get the bigger screen? from my brief play with one with the pop-socket on its no less difficult to use than the Pro

Anyone experienced with 'wireless' home security thats not cameras?
I really dont like the idea of cameras in the house but my partner wants something that would alert her/make a lot of noise, for a break in while shes sleeping upstairs while im away with work, would need to support front and garage doors, and a sliding patio door at least

theres currently no sofa (or sofa bed) in that room but we imagine it will be the our main 'living room' during the summer (as its also a lot cooler down there than our lounge), so we would be spending quite a bit of time in there.
The key is that we want it to feel more like a living room than a spare room, so having:
a) ugly / uncomfy sofa bed feels like a compromise
b) an always visible double bed in one corner ruins the 'living room' feeling -
Has anyone ever looked into / costed / had done a pull down bed in the UK, seems to be very uncommon here but seems like the best option for us.
We have a split level townhouse over 6 half levels, entrance is on 'level' 2, level 1 is the only access to the garden and is an en-suite 'master' bedroom that we use as a spare room atm.
Its great as a spare room because it gives guests privacy, but it also means we never use that room, which in turn means we rarely go out into the garden..
We want it put in a sofa and a small desk, while in turn keeping a double bed (thats not a sofa bed, worst of all worlds) and thinking of trying to install into one of the walls (3.5m) full height and width storage with a folding bed

had my second time there today, will go again, both times music has been very similar, but from catching other sessions looks like theres some more interesting electronic music played at times
Devon hasn’t been there either time i’ve been so might need to go later in the afternoons rather than first thing in the morning..
I also put in an order for the DIY kit, why not eh

personal experience of having ~30 identical 60s houses that ours is part of (that are all strictly still the same due to estate covenants/enforcement)
- a handful have the original single glazed, metal framed windows
- vast majority have had them replaced with UPVC double glazing over the years
- ours has 'thin profile' aluminum windows (fitted by previous owners)
the styles of all three had to be identical in shape/layout, but if you're actually looking the aluminum ones look so much better, like the original they have noticeable more glass and noticeable less frame than the others. Definitely worth it IMO.
