No, it was the chain that came with the groupset, 'about 1,000 miles' the seller said. It has no measurable stretch. A mystery!

FS: Campag Ekar 23 speed cassette, 10-44. £50 posted
Came with a groupset I bought, and looks brilliant, no real wear. BUT, the chain that came with it skipped on a couple of the smaller sprockets. You might have more luck. Or, you might not use those much at all if you have a 44 on the front. Hence low price.
Photos below - as I said, it looks basically new.
Knock a fiver off if you pick up from Highbury N5 or I can post.
If it goes for the full price I'll include the apparently perfect lightly used Ekar chain it came with, which works fine with a new cassette.

I remember selling my Canyon with a cracked frame for turbo use, only to see it on EBay a couple of weeks later for £££.
What was the issue with this frame?

Beautiful frame at a bargain price, but I’m surprised if it’s late 70s with those short rear dropouts. E.g. mine built in 2000 has older style Campag dropouts. What’s the frame number? And GLWS!

Campag Ekar 13 speed carbon crankset 172.5 40T with ProTech BSA threaded bottom bracket cups.
About 1,000km, decent used condition, light scuffs from use only.
Non drive side bearing feels a little rough but will probably do a fair bit longer before needing replacement.
£75 posted within UK.

Yeah I’ve just tried a 28c pumped up hard on a wide 20 internal rim and there’s good space at the crown and enough at the sides. See photos!
