Broke my non dominant scaphoid twice, about 6 weeks casted both times. Both times was convinced it was a sprain and x ray said otherwise! Still get a weird ache in it when it’s cold. Heal up soon!

APC had something similar with slightly duller colours in the previous season for about 400, can’t remember the name though and it’s no longer on their website!

I can't see Arsenal finishing below fourth, maybe even third. Confidence is high at the moment, if we sign a good defensive midfielder I think we can challenge. The squad is already improved beyond the squad that was top of the league for the longest period last season, until two crucial players got injured. Ozil will be a lot more handy now that he has a player like Sanchez to nip in behind the defence and onto his through balls.
As much as I hate to say it though, I do think Chelsea will be the team to beat. I don't rate Costa massively as a forward but he is a poacher and has a good amount of strength for the Prem - plus could see him and Fabregas combining well...

i quite enjoyed it though. i know he's a bit of a poster boy of the generation but he is a decent producer and if you've ever been to his night (me&you in manchester) he does dig deep.

Almost deliberately knocked off for the first time in a while this morning - driver decides to deliberately swerve inwards towards me at speed before over swerving back and nearly into oncoming traffic near Highbury corner. The crime - cycling in primary for a few yards due to parked cars. No footage but my first report to roadside -will they do anything?
Perhaps time for a camera!
