ADVICE REQUEST: Can anyone recommend somewhere near Earl's Court to watch the track cycling on Tuesday (tomorrow)?
A pub or somewhere else that will definitely be showing it? We've got tickets to the Volleyball at 7pm but want to watch the track first. thanks!
There are couple of traditional pubs literally out the front door of West Brompton station which I'm sure would be showing it.

CS9 has been turned into a regular car lane.
The regular car lane has been turned into an Olympic lane.
the CS9 road markings have been covered over (loosely)Was a touch of mayhem this morning, cars were trying to do the right thing.
They suggest cycling during the games rather than drive/public transport and then they remove the cycle lanes...

Second forum outing in that last few months and enjoyed myself.
Didn't plan on heading to the lamb, but glad I did to complete GSIAD first time out...
Riding back through Picadilly circus and Marble arch at 1 a.m. in the morning after starting 13 hours earlier was an interesting experience to say the least.
Nice to meet you guys.

This was a first for me...
Riding back to Waterloo yesterday, an old man in his hatchback pulls over and stops his car without indicating in front of me... to grab an evening standard out of the hands of the outstretched arm of an Evening Standard seller. I had to skid and jump off my bike to avoid hitting them.
Has anyone had a similar experience? Reckon I should write to the Standard about this?
Yep at the big round about on Stamford Road (Waterloo Bridge).
Often cabs pull over with no warning for the paper... definately worth mentioning to them -
