I am resigned to the fact that even if I find some forks to fit in that massive head tube, I will be too short to ride it.

It looks like it has had a mauling off a chain at some point in its life, as shown in the pictures.

If anyone wants it, I can do it for £20 delivered?

As I drag them out to photograph them, I keep thinking 'Oooh I could build that one up and ride with pride'.

I just have to accept that I cannot keep them all, and as much as I know they will be good steeds, I just can't justify keeping them all. That said, if they don't sell I am happy to hold onto them.

Right I have my piece of paper with the measurements on it.

Falcon - 52cm X 58cm
Peugeot - 54cm X 54cm

Dug these two gems out, measured them up, photographed them and then forgot the piece of paper with the measurements on.

I think the Falcon is 52cm and the Peugeot is 54cm but I will confirm this tomorrow when I go back to the cave.

For now, here are some pictures for your perusal.

Falcon Phantom, no suggestions as to what grade the steel is, which usually means its a lower grade. The paint and decals on this frame are spot on, with only a couple of scrapes as you would expect. The headset is a gritty. Wheels are no included. Just frame, forks, headset and BB - £35 delivered.

Peugeot not sure if the model. Steel grade is marked as carbolite 103. Paint has loads of patina, but is still nice and has a touch if pearl in it, this I have not been able to capture in the photos. Again, wheels not included just frame, forks, headset & BB - £35 delivered.

Dawes 58x58 531st tubing the headset is a bit gritty so could probably do with some fresh bearings.

Ernie Clements 56x56 531 tubing. The paint is rough in places, with its fair share of surface rust, mainly on the top but also bubbling on the seat tube too.

Seen a frame I desperately want to buy, and am offering this up for what I need to buy the frame.

£75 delivered.

If no buyers at that then I will keep it.

Bit bruised, some paint flake, could probably do with a re-paint to restore it to it's former glory.

Just took some extra pictures for an interested party. Thought I may as well upload them on here too.

I have noticed the back wheel had a wobble, upon closer inspection it is apparent that a single spoke has given up the ghost. I can replace the whole wheel, or replace the spoke, or you can use it as a loose bargaining tool :) One of the toe clips has snapped too.

Glad someone has took this on. Do it proud!

She is currently residing in my cave in Manchester. Not sure on weight as my scales show a little heavy, but according to my poundshop specials it is coming in at 24lb /11kg.

The rust is all surface and not detrimental to the metal at all, but unfortunatley all three frames have now sold.
