58cm saxon "sprint" old road conversion, nothing special but runs well

Spotted a nice black brakeless Dolan today at the traffic lights on waterworks road, down near machine mart and the turning up to mile cross between at about 4 30ish, anyone on here? i think they had a D-Lock on the back of their jeans or somthing

the thing is the Langster is in London and the Fuji is in Norwich..and i live in Norwich

From my first bike search i have found two bikes that fit the criteria that i would like but i need a bit of help deciding on which one to buy after reading a fair bit on both:

1) Fuji Classic Track 2010, orange in colour and has a 52 cm seat tube. It's standard apart from a 17 tooth sprocket and the addition of a Tektro front brake and Dia-Compe Dirt Harry brake lever. I've had it 5 months, prior to which it was still in the manufacturer's orginal packaging (it's a 2010 model) having never been opened and assembled. 170 pounds

2) Specialized Langster 2006, the black with grey decals. Looks relatively standard apart from new bars, seat, stem and bars. 180 pounds

Both are nice bikes, and will be used for 25(ish) round mile trip each day and some weekend rides.

Would it cost alot more that 200 to build a bike myself of reasonable beginner standard using used components? Also how hard is it to build your first bike, ive done some general maintenance of other bikes but never built my own from frame upwards.

Alright thanks for the advice, being approximately 5.10-5.11ft i guess this will be to big. I asked the seller what height he suggested was good for this bike as i thought it looked big but he said it was for those about 5.10.

Hi everyone, just wanted to introduce myself first, im Louis, 17 from norwich and im currently a student at the moment. I've always had a thing for bikes, went through the bmx phase, have a nice Giant xc MTB i like to get out on from time to time, but i think the time has come for me to get a single speed road bike. As the is my first bike im just looking for some advice. Being a bit short of cash as a student ive been browsing for a reasonably good priced bike for a while and have come across this

tioga tyres
raleigh frame and fork
custom stem
brand new fit bikes seat and seat post
brand new odyssey twisted plastic pedals

The bike is offered at 200 pounds but he said he would take a good offer, does this seem like a reasonable deal, as i have no experience in the road bike scene. I know i'm knew to the forum and haven't contributed much myself yet but i really don't want to miss out on this as i've been looking for a while and have finally found something i like and i would really appreciate some advice.
