Not fear of long spins, fear of that Monday morning alarm clock.

Anyone up for a spin Friday, could maybe even go 30miles.

Sunday seems a bit of a ghost town. I'm never in the right state of mind for a long spin always the fear knocking at the door.

Wednesdays are pretty handy and has been a group of us doing for about 5 years and always post ride food :)
