Whenever I open a new page on my iPhone 15 it automatically brings up the keyboard as phone seems to automatically think I’m typing in the page number at the top of the page. Is this an iPhone or LFGSS issue, and does anyone have any recommendations for fixing it? Restarting phone and tweaking safari settings hasn’t helped.

Anyone want to take these DZR’s off my hands for the price of postage? They’re a little dirty inside (I think from road spray) and out (from being stored) but seem otherwise in good nick structurally. I got them on here a while ago and never ended up using as preferred straight MTB SPD shoes for cutting about town, so keen to pass on the favour.

As well as forum preferred YB or James gourmet of course, had a couple of banging coffees from Triple Co Roast in Bristol recently and was very pleasantly surprised by their prices for kilo bags when I went to chdck their website. Would definitely recommend, and you can get an additional 10% off first order.

We adore Fistral Hotel near Newquay if you’d consider somewhere in the UK - no kids, great spa, overlooking Fistral beach but at the opposite end from Newquay so way fewer twats, and you feel like you’re getting really good value. We’ve been back 4 or 5 times over the past 2 years. Cannot speak highly enough of it. Happy to answer any questions and give recs about best rooms etc if you’d like.

Fitted some Conti 26” MTB tubes from wiggle on my bike w Vittoria booze lights (2.3in or so wide). When I inflate them properly there seems to be a bulge in the tube around the valve area which causes the tyres to rub on fhe guards. Only time this has happened it’s when I was a teen being cheap trying to jam a too big tube in. Any idea what might be going on? Have checked and the tubes were sold as being able to take up to 2.5” tyres.

Nice find! Sage machines are very much designed to try and dissuade you from opening them up - I got to >30 screws before giving up on my Barista Express.
It does sound like scale is the issue (mine did this when it wasn’t descaled frequently enough). As others have said if you persist and take it apart to descale that way ideal, otherwise it will probably require multiple rounds of descaling, and then a descaling cycle every month if you live in a hard water area. The Sage machines in general are very user friendly and the user guides are worth looking up as they get you to making serviceable espresso / milk drinks without too much hassle.
Finally, do you have a grinder? If not I’ve got some pressurised 54mm baskets that I don’t use for my machine so if they would be of use (they’re what you need to use for pre-ground coffee in espresso machines) I’d be very happy to pop them in the post for you. -

With the pepper cannon ones being stupid money, I always thought something like a Timemore could make a very good (and clean looking) pepper mill. I’m tempted to get another one and flip the grounds container over to use a handle (with a bit of bodging to include a hex bolt to connect to the drive shaft) if that makes sense.

Oh yes - my favourite place in Bath for sure. They also have a lovely bar/restaurant upstairs which gives even more excuses to part with your hard earned.
Also completely forgot Cereal Bakery tucked away in Berdoulat near the royal crescent which has a curated selection of baked stuff and also usually has an interesting coffee or two on from Red Bank and other northern roasters if you want a break from the ubiquitous Round Hill / Extract / Triple Co Roast. -
Roundhill excellent - they do cheaper bags at the Green Park farmers market every Saturday. They also do roastery door sales - you email at start of the week to find out what they have, then collect on Friday. Colonna okay, not been wowed the last few times I’ve been in there. Girls who grind is based a bit further away in wiltshire, and there’s also a predominantly Colombian roaster called coffee gems based in Chippenham that I’m yet to try. Frome has some lovely coffee shops to sample. Hit me up if you want coffee shop recs, been in Bath for over 5 years now.
P.s tenderloin is correct, Landrace is exceptional.

Now built up - awaiting a few tweaks. Guards are Stridsland-correct Curana 26in guards. Thanks @t0-ster for all your advice with this build.
Updates I’m thinking about:- slightly longer 25.4mm stem, or new 31.8 stem and wider bars
- Lay-backs seatpost
- Home-made under-seat holder for the Abus lock
- Some sort of of mount for rechargeable light on the rack
If anyone has any suggestions/swaps/bits for sale that would fit the above please let me know!

All yours @YAFJ - I’m not based in London so unfortunately won’t be able to collect.

Sage bambino and smart grind pro? Comes in at budget, would do everything they want it to do (grinder flips between pour over/espresso at touch of a button) and the grinder is pretty well reviewed (totally adequate for the vast majority of people).
By definition in that budget it’s going to be mostly ‘newbie’ machines.
Scoffed too quickly on the move for my own pic, but Landrace Bakery Mince Pies are excellent, 9/10. Could do with a touch more booze though.
