Got this on the go at the moment - delicious. Still got the classic nutty/chocolate note you’d expect with a Brazilian but also a bit of fruitiness/acidity. Also helps that I am able to get it for £20/kg.

Was flagged this one on eBay when I asked a similar question - apparently been relisted a couple of times now and still looks like it hasn’t sold https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/186315424349?campid=5336525415&mkcid=1&mkevt=1&mkrid=710-53481-19255-0&toolid=1001

Just as a follow-up, ended up going for the Pelago Commuter bag. Initial impressions are that it is decent quality for the money, with solid hardware and design. However I am slightly surprised at how rigid the lower padded sections are - it makes it quite bulky to carry and limits the capacity of the side pockets. I am toying with the idea of seeing if the side panels could be removed / replaced with some more flexible foam, and would be interested in hearing thoughts on this (especially if someone has done the same).

Have a look at Money Saving Expert website - always has the best deals for iPhones. I’ve done well from mobiles.co.uk and equivalents, and found these deals on MSE.
Network wise, have just switched over to iD - they offer fairly good coverage and European roaming is included which works very well and saves a fair bit of money. 3 and maybe o2 also do the bundled roaming.

Been looking for a bag for my Pelago Commuter (L) for a while. Always lusted after a ILE Porteur but can never quite justify dropping that amount of cash on something I can’t get hands on with first. Just happened across the Pelago Rackbag which looks like it could be ideal - has anyone used one? Would you recommend, or no? Any help much appreciated.

I live in a hard water area too (Bath) and have a Sage machine. Kept getting scale. Turns out that you can double the strength of descale solution you use (this was advised by sage) and with 1-2 monthly descale cycles using citric acid haven’t had any issues for a while now (touch wood).
Are you able to get some sort of steam out through the steam wand? If so you’ll get descale solution through, and then I’d just recommend a couple of descale cycles over a few days with higher concentration descaler as above. -

Aeropress basically infinitely variable, but I’ve got an aeropress go (with metal filter) and Timemore hand grinder for coffee at work, and go for inverted method for filling then pop the filter and cap on and flip over on to cup, give it a swirl on the cup and leave for about a minute then plunge. Gives reasonably consistent brews on the go without too much faff. You can tinker with various variables (eg precise weights/timings for various steps) as you please. Also, would be interested in group opinion, but I’d reckon you’ll want to grind a bit coarser than espresso to get best results.

Whenever I open a new page on my iPhone 15 it automatically brings up the keyboard as phone seems to automatically think I’m typing in the page number at the top of the page. Is this an iPhone or LFGSS issue, and does anyone have any recommendations for fixing it? Restarting phone and tweaking safari settings hasn’t helped.

@Stevethecoffee or other who have recently ordered from YBCR - just gone to order and the only option for shipping was £12 for standard - is this usual? Appreciate associated costs may have increased but this seemed like quite a lot compared to what YBCR or other shipping has cost before.
