I bought these forks off of here last summer for a project that never got off the ground. I just want what I paid for them back! I just got back from a tour of NZ and AUS and am low on funds.
The steerer is about 200mm. As shown in the pictures, it is drilled for a brake.
The only flaw I can think of is that the lacquer seems to have bubbles very slighty.

I'm going to be looking for a track frameset and a wheelset when I get back from my tour in NZ/AUS in about 10 days time, if anybody has anything I want to get a bike together asap! I want to ride a fixie again after riding my loaded surly LHT for 5 months. Looking for quality parts, hopefully weighing as little as possible without being absurdly expensive. I'm 5'10'', so a frame around 54cm/56cm?

I am in Queenstown right now, got to say that despite the rain and sandflies the west coast was awesome.
I find that the drivers here are willing to give you as much space as possible, so long as it doesn't slow them down. If there is traffic on both sides of the road, then the drivers will not even brake as they pass you. If the other side of the road is empty, you'll have the whole lane to yourself.
Scared the shit out of me when an oil tanker gave me about 30cm at 100km/h, so I learned my lesson and I get out of the way if I hear something big.

Thanks! I'll do my best, I have heard mixed reviews on nz drivers but hopefully I'll be ok. I've never used a rear view on a bike, do they make a big difference? I could potentially buy one when I arrive, as there is a bike shop just down the road from where I am staying.
I'll be doing a blog too, some may find it interesting/useful as it develops: nicwardnz.tumblr.com -

Pedals on the super galaxy not included. Both are 531, and I can give you a run down of any components if you like. Test rides welcome too, would probably have to be in an evening. -

Ok Still looking, just to recap some specifics:
I'd rather bar end shifters on drop handlebars
I have a saddle
I am 5'10''
I have a front rack, which i will want to install. It is one that clamps on though, so does not require a boss.
I will also need a granny gear, as I will be doing steep gradients fully loaded.
Bottle cages/attachment points are also a bonus.
I can also supply my own pedals so I am not so fussed about that.Cheers!
Anybody interested in my Super Galaxy for £200? About 57cm seat tube I think. It needs a bit of tlc, I'd suggest a new front rim, full service and possibly a new paint job. It is however worth the money, campag wheelset, 105 transmission, 531 classic frame/forks, ultegra bar end shifters, sks mudguards etc. Cheers!
