Thats what I was think, at the moment there is a thin plastic washer.

Sorry this has probably been covered before but I cant seem to find it.

I had a headset installed by amourtex but they would cut down my forks so I did it myself.

When the headset is done up tight there is still vertical movement in the forks.

fair point about the bars but the brake works fine how it is. why should the lever be parallel to the HT?

Has anyone ever had much dealings with bob jackson? I emailed them to ask how long an off the peg frame would take and they havent got back to me. Does anyone know what the wait is like at the moment?
