I can but it makes getting the wheel out impossible. Its quite a long dropout so the wheel already squeezes against the fd band. Better than raceblades! Also means that I could have it much lower down at the back, its all about thinking of others you see.

Baking hot weather, time to fit mudguards to the winter bike.

Lovely frame, only been used on the track. One or two light scuffs, only noticable on non driveside stays from a wee tumble. Also large amount of paint removed from non driveside chainstay from a wheel slip. These are not noticable and the frame polishes up lovely.

Takes 27.2mm seatpost and standard bsa bb.

My brother had one of these and he converted it to a singlespeed, rode very nicely. His however was in a much worse state, nothing really worked. If your bike works it would be best to ride it as it is and spend money on some good tyres.

Can I use a SRAM Red Exogram crankset with an Ultegra front mech, or is it really "YAW only" (have to use Red or Force front mech I guess)?

Should be fine if your using ultegra shifters.

It shouldn't be good, but it just is.

Wireless shifting is fine, but braking? Surly not... You would loose the sense of modulation and wouldn't be worth the weight saved.
