The mileage isn't crazy but there's a lot of intensity alright. I stuck to the plan pretty religiously but changed one thing. No Saturday workouts. So I just ran 45 mins easy every Sat. I really enjoyed the plan it's a lot different to marathon training (which is my only other experience of sticking to a set running plan)

One of my roses has gone extremely leggy. There was a passion flower behind it that I just took out as it had had its day and I think it was hogging all the nutrients. Once I took it out this started blooming like crazy. Any chance of the lower leaves coming back? Anything I should be doing apart from feeding and watering?

Managed a sub 40 10k today after doing the forum approved 10k plan. Thanks @doubleodavey for sharing. Enjoyed doing some fast stuff after a couple of years of marathon training. Have Valencia now in December unsure of what to do next...

I know nothing about treadmills but...
When I can't get out of the house I hop on the turbo and do some Zwift. I think if you're still getting the runs in outside the turbo can keep your aerobic fitness ticking over with very little impact. So if you can do your easy stuff done on the turbo and still get out to run your sessions you can keep your fitness without splashing out on a treadmill.
