No damage, no dents, just small spots and scratches and the transparent lacquer flakin off.
Would ride it as is, although it really is worth a decent restoration.

Here is a classic steel Pinarello for sale. Mid 1980s make, could be Treviso or Super Record - decals are gone and I'm not quite sure about the model. Please have a look at the IMAGES.
Paintwork is tatty - there are scratches and spots. No dents, still a perfect ride in full working order.

Crescent Chrome 3000, a rare model produced in 1985/86.
ST 60cm (c-t), TT 59cm (c-c).
Shimano 600 crankset, shifters and derailleurs. Hatta Swan headset and Shimano BB (35xP1).
Kyokuto Top-Run pedals and Mundialita saddle. Lights powered by Soubitez dynamo placed under the BB.
The bike is in decent condition but will need some maintenance because had not been in use for a long, long time.
Hubs (Maillard) and pedals need regreasing. Chain, tire, cables, brake pads, bar tape need to be changed.
