It's not over until the last man falls! And it's been clearly stipulated that we're on Russian Forsyth which gives us a fair number of rounds to go even with the time-lapse penalty round-striker knocking it down a few.

Jealous of people still in London having fun instead of snivelling and ill... Have extra fun on my behalf.

Thanks to stupid lack of fun times regarding hospitals I have to leave earlyish too for a train. Ah well, a date is needed for a January ride.
Will attempt to bring snacks but will make sure to bring some next time if I can't manage it this time. (Promise I won't steal snacks though).

For the January ride I vote not the 7th/8th as that is my birthday weekend! (Though if anyone wanted to do a short city ride at 6 on the 8th before a very definite pub ending I'd be up for that and hopefully bring a couple of people from Cambridge with me)

No, just as a pet that would enjoy long walks and flushing birds without catching them.

Hahah, no need to google, we wanted a Nova Scotia but they were hard to find in the U.K. at the time, I'm glad we ended up with a Shiba, she's got a lovely temperament. We also wanted a Lundehund, partially for the novelty of a cliff-climbing dog, but alas, similarly too exotic.

Not so much lazy as skint, cheap and mostly hoping to get away with it.

Good assessment, I wish they weren't getting away with it.
