Yes it is - but sorry no idea of the manufacturer - nothing on the fork and it was not listed when i bought the frame. Just waiting for a brake cable and bar tape and it is good for the first ride

these look good - LITEVILLE 4-ONE MK1 from Southern Liteville Centre - anyone ridden one ?

Having had 2 Litespeed frames that cracked - one of which i had welded and it cracked again through the weld and then i had it welded with a plate and it cracked again. Now another one cracked on the chainstay ! may use on the turbo or sell it as a wall hanger. no more TI frames for me. i would recommend that you bin that frame - it will crack again - and a crack there is a critical failure place that will result in you under a bus or losing teeth if it fails suddenly.

The Second Litespeed i have had that has cracked ! :( can't get the photo to upload ! - basically a 3'' crack along the left hand side chainstay , but not starting at a weld which is odd

One good thing to come out of this crisis – they have cancelled the Eurovision Song Contest ! 

At least now we wont be locked in our houses and forced to watch and listen to shit
