Me this morning. Chasing a green light at the Trafalgar Sq roundabout coming from Whitehall. Got too close to another rider's rear wheel so that when he shifted his pannier bag took my front wheel and I brought both of us down. Profuse apologies from me and that was that. The guy was really nice; no harm done kinda approach. But still I'm a dick; shouldn't have been there; shouldn't have taken him out; me - more or less deserved for being an eejit.

Last night 18.20 ish Planet X that was very keen on massaging his über thighs at every red light. Going down Trafalgar Square (roundabout) into Whitehall. That thing you undertook was a left turning - and indicating - out of town coach; so not even a London bus that has a chance of expecting bikes. Just in case you didn't hear as you sped along - You are a dick. The three cyclist (all going fast enough and yet having the brains to wait for this coach) can attest to that. I really hope you placed in the poll position for the next race to/from work. Please don't breed.

Not sure it's been mentioned, but did any one see that 'gold car' ? Cars don't really do it for me, but it was an amazing colour....
Something like this.....Also did anyone note the "Academy for Clowning arts!" off one of the cobbled streets - big highlight for me. Was laughing almost all the way to the hills.

I'm willing to do anything, but clearly I've already proven I'm perhaps not the most experienced at doing this and that Microcosm will take priority. So I'll put my name forward for whatever role is suitable given that constraint.
I don't wish to simply take and not give.
I'd just like to emulate both of these sentiments. Want to help and hopefully will help but a couple of things will always take priority (namely kids/family and work - only 'cos it provides for the family).

I'm seriously considering the Bridges ride, but that's just bravado, I'm hoping it will have worn off by the weekend
I'm thinking this is a nice stretch to warm up for the Classic. Mostly flat as well and only fast if you decide to chase the excitables at the front.
If any other boys or girls can help put these up on Saturday evening please contact Zebra Cyclist via PM.
With my navigating skills I would be a hinderance rather than help. I am the eejit that added seven miles to his Overnight Brighton ride.

Forgot to ask, is this a hop-on hop-off ride?
