Good idea a couple of suggestions for list of Records:
1) Fastest lap of Regents Park
2) Most Spotted in a 1 week period
3) Longest skid (on a bike)
4) Most hugs from Chainbreaker
5) Most repped on the forum (weekly/monthly)
6) Most negged on the forum (as above)
8) Biggest dredge - resurrecting a For Sale thread from pre 20129) Most ignored?
- Best list of the year?

Most people get a smile, even the weird ones. However pro-muters massaging their their thighs at a set of red lights get a snort of laughter as I just can't help myself.
I think the smile is more about loving the fact that I'm a bike; out and about and smelling the roses, rather then the people you smile at.

When I saw this I just notice "Somerset" freaked the shit out of me till I realised it was SA.
It was in south africa so having/carrying guns is a bit more normal but still fuck that.

Not sure where to post this but I figured it can be moved.
This morning I was locking my bike when I noticed that the bike that was already there was not locked. I looked up and down the road - nothing. Proceeded to lock my bike and move the unlocked bike into the reception of our office - so that you can see the bike through the glass from the street light where it was originally leaned and not locked. I thought it was the good samaritan thing to do. I didn't leave a note because I felt it would invite just anyone to come in and claim the bike. My initial thought was that someone in their rush to get to work was just a bit silly (the lock and detachable light were also still on the bike).
However the longer the day went on I started thinking that the bike may have been originally stolen and then just dumped there. As I was finishing up (18.30-ish) there was still no contact.
So my plan is to contact the police in the morning and report the whole incident and pass the bike to them. I don't want to post the image of the bike here as I'm cynical enough to think that a random might claim it. But if you feel that this fits your experience in SoHo today, please PM for a bit of description and following conformation, a reunion with your bike.
Now was I stupid for doing what I did? Not sure, but I just couldn't sit and do nothing when a bike was just left there.

Since Nusa Dua (Soho) closed I've desperately searched for a near-by Nasi Goreng provider. No success so far. Tips for things to try are appreciated but it has to be Indonesian.
