I understand that without verification of the frambuilder/pinarello pantographs its fair to doubt its authenticity, however, as mentioned in OP, it was imported by a company which confirms that it has only ever imported Pinas. Anyway if nobody is interested at this price i may drop the price at some point, or put it up on ebay. thanks for all the feedback people. Regarding size, the seatube is about 54.5cm and the top is 54 - i think the '55' stamping must be referring to something else

If I tell you its a DeLorean is it a DeLorean? If I tell you it goes back to the future at 88mph does that mean it does time travel?
lolIt does look like a decent frame but I think optimistic pricing since there is no guarantee that it is a Pinarello and we dont know what quality tubing it is. Have you tried to find out grade of tubing? do you know the weight of the frame and forks?
Sure, no i havent, i'll weigh it nowIs there a serial number?
it has a '55' on the bottom bracket shell and trackends, thats all -

Hi all,
Sold Pinarello track frameset
The decals and paintjob are from a small Somerset cycling club 'Camelot VC', i got in touch with them and the rider whose frame it was said that it was imported for her from Italy by Phil Griffiths. So i got in touch with his company http://www.yellow-limited.com/ who said that it must be a Pinarello as they were the only frames they imported. I dont know what tubeset the frame is made from but i would guess it was some sort of Columbus as its pretty light. Its got Campagnolo dropouts front and rear, fastback seatstays, bottom bracket cutouts and heartshaped lug cutouts.
Drilled for front brake. No dents or dings, the paintwork has a few chips and scratches, the chrome on the forks is flaking slightly near the crown.
