But isn't it illegal to use a hand held phone, rather than to be out of control due to using a hand held phone? The differentiation seems foolish. 99% of the time an individual could be in control whilst using it. it's the very generous 1% of the time that causes the accident. So why not a blanket penalty to make having your phone in your hand/lap less attractive?

Watch out for the cap on house value. Late to the party on this one. Our broker didn't notice that we were over the value threshold so between the two of us we were a grand in cash down when the solicitor broke the news that we wouldn't be getting the payout.

Commuted all the way to the dining table today. And Bristol's sunny. Seems like a bit of a waste.

Rode CS2 from Stratford this morning. Took it easy. All in all a positive experience. A massive tipper truck had pulled out over the cycle lane at the Aldgate/Commercial road junction. Not unusual of itself but it had "look out for vulnerable road users" emblazoned upon its side.

There was play in the BB even though it appeared to be all the way in. When the DS crank was removed and a BB tool was applied, the BB moved freely but the neither tightened up nor exited the shell.

They Can't see anything wrong with the BB or the shell.

Hmm. Interesting. Armourtex have been in touch. They've run a die through it and apparently they cant see a problem. I'm wondering if torquing the pedals would demonstrate the issue. We'll see.

I've not heard great things about threadless BBs. If that's what I have to resort to, so be it.

This reminds me of a gambling lamb leaping gaily. Cannot stop watching.

I am going to look into this. It might be a case of needing a new BB shell if it's too far gone. We shall see.

Looks like my BB shell's threads have stripped. Can someone point me to a relevant thread? I UTFS but didn't find anything.
