Anyone fancy some steep, loamy Surrey goodness?
Come join me for some of the best offroad trails in the Surrey area.Expect steep, natural enduro style loamy trails and steep punchy climbs to back to the trail heads.
The felling I mentioned in a previous thread has now stopped and there is still a lot of riding available near the reservoir and the middle of the woods, with some trails that were covered by felled trees already being cleared.
You can ride these trails on any kind of MTB, full sussers will give maximum help obvs, but I ride a hardtail all the time there. If you want to ride a rigid use the maximum volume, largest lugged tyres you can fit. It'll help.
If you're travelling over by train I can meet you somewhere. If you're coming by car Coldharbour Lane has various little laybays along that road for parking.
Facilities at Redlands are basically non-existent so bring food.

Saturday 17th October, Ranmore Common MTB ride.
Start 10am, finish around 3 or 4pm. Expect flowy, fun trails; gorgeous views across the Denbies vineyard in Dorking plus a bonus bolt on sectet riding spot at the end if people fancy it.Can meet at my place and ride from there. If you're travelling by train just get off at Box Hill and Westhumble, I'll meet you or give you directions to my place.
