@tonioionio how much do you want to spend?
Is it for the road or track?
Braking surface?
What about Mavic eclipse's?
If it was me, I would go for hand built - planet x track hubs with velocity A23 rims and ACI spokes for a budget build. Royce or Mach hubs on HED C2's with sapim spokes.
3kg sounds a bit OTT.
I dont really know the exact budget but I would say around 100-150?
The front wheel must have a braking surface but I dont really know if I will need the rear wheel CNC except I stop using the bike as a fixie! The rest you said seem like chinese to me man sorry !!:P
Because I dont really know much about wheels etc...Thats why I am looking for something that is a good and complete solution but not expensive :PCan I have more than one speed If i change the thing on the rear wheel on a Flite 100 ?:P
Thank you for the answer man!
P.s : Thats one of the pairs I saw on ebay.

Hi there guys!
Can I ask some things...
I own a KHS Flite 100 and I would like to change the wheels!
No logo or espresso wheels are any good?By the way dose anyone know the weight of the original Weimann SP 17 wheels on the Flite?
Because for example some wheels I found on ebay are about 3kg a pair! And something else! I am thinking of taking the bike away from London and probably I will need one or 2 extra gears for higher top speed and one for going a bit uphills :P
Cheers and thank you in advance for the answers!

Thnx for ur answer!
I was thinking about repainting the bike because I was not so careful when locking/unlocking it and there are some marks on the frame and fork.
So I was thinking about matt black which as you said looks cool but its hard to be decent!
About the wheels I can agree with you!But there are not that bad!But I was thinking replacing them with some others (dont have a clue which feet and are good) with some color.Ohh and for the last question...One of the reasons that I want disk brakes is the looks and the efficiency...I used to own a Cube Analog Disk( was stolen from me) and the brakes where just amazing...
I dont know why but a simple single speed with a front disk brake seems really sexy to me :P (maybe there is something wrong with me :P ) -
Hello there guys!!
I have a KHS Flite 100 (fixie
& flip flop) and I was wondering...First of all I would like to change the wheels into something with color!
In addition I was thinking of painting the frame into Mat black or something else...Do you think its stupid?I mean obviously the stickers (?) of khs will be erased...And something last...Can I fit hydraulic disk brakes on the bike?
Sorry if my questions are a bit stupid but I dont really know alot about single speed bikes :P

Someone already has dibs on it. If you are 5,9 then 53cm is probably too small for you. But sizing is a whole other discussion; there are a lot of experts on here who will ask you to measure your arms, legs and torso and then tell you to spend the price of a new bike on a professional fitting. Or, you could just Google 'Bike Fitting' and start reading...
This site says that the size for me is 54-55 cm...So what do you think?
are 2 cm that important? -
All those color coded bikes with those kind of wheels are all basically the same; avoid them. The one advertised on here would be better. Don't go for fancy color matching and so on.
If you are new to riding fixed make sure you have a front brake. If you are riding single freewheel make sure you have 2 brakes. So should i go for this one ?

Where are the brakes?
Are those the wheels that Arup built?
[Edit] They're a bunch of know nothing fucking amateurs, going by their Ts&Cs.
Dont have any clue about that!Dont have any idea!
What do you think about this add?

Can I ask something guys...
I have Flite 100 and I want to ask 2 things..
To begin with is there any topic or a good video in order to learn how to break without the front brake because during the last months I cannot get it done!
I am a bit afraid for my knees and probably that's one reason.
In addition I want a new handlebar but I cannot find a proper one to fit the brake :P
Any suggestions please?
Cheers
