I live near Cheltenham and looking at that map the two areas with the highest number of cases also appear to be those with the highest population density. The racing shouldn't have gone ahead though and one of my work colleagues and his wife who live around there have both had Covid-19 (although that might be coincindental).

I've never seen a Colnago Pista in the flesh either but I don't think they would be fitted with a pump peg on the seat tube nor a non-pantographed drilled fork. The bottom bracket shell just looks wrong and take a look at the clover leaves on the lugs - they aren't the right shape and instead of being indentations they go all the way through.
