I appreciate the sales can't be fulfilled from the Soho store, but why can't orders be returned in store, and then somehow returned at their own cost to the fulfillment centre/warehouse or whatever they use? Considering online returns already go to Rapha HQ in zone 2, there could surely be an easy and not too expensive solution to this?

I'm with you on this 7VEN - would this be too much of a logistical nightmare for a business to offer? (that is a genuine question - if someone works in e-commerce and could enlighten me, I appreciate this could be difficult for a business to implement)
On a similar (dare I say, more frustrating) note, someone bought me a gift voucher off the Rapha website, and a physical voucher was subsequently delivered to me. I tried to purchase something in store with this, but was told it was only usable online.
For a brand that is supposedly so strong on seamless customer service, that is a bit pants.

+1 on the Jaggad Spray Jacket - for AUD100 it's excellent value (although the AUD35 shipping stings). If enough people can put in an order, a group buy could potentially be worth it.
on this - I made a second order with Jaggad; felt this was worth posting here/I need to vent.
Ordered 26th August; order was dispatched and made its way to the UK. Reached my local delivery office 2nd September - before attempting delivery, it was deemed that the address was 'incomplete', and it was returned to Jaggad.
I notified Jaggad; they apologised and said they would send it back to me once it arrived. I chased this up on the 18th - AusPost had notified them it arrived in Sydney on 12th September, but there was a delay in returning it to them due to a 'high volume of mail'.
I chased again on the 27th, still no sign, and asked for a refund. They replied on the 29th that they would process a refund, followed by a message on the 30th
We have forwarded on the emails to our accountant who will process one immediately into your PayPal account
4th October, still no refund.
Appreciate that this isn't entirely their fault (although putting an incomplete address is), but the way it's been handled is pretty poor.

I would appreciate everyone's input/advice on this - I have moved in to a gated community in SW London which has 'secure bike storage'. Realistically, this is just a covered area with this style of bike rack (albeit slightly 'thicker'), that is not visible from outside the estate.
to get access in to the estate, you either need to get buzzed in, or scale a 8ft wall with anticlimb paint - I have heard from other residents that their bikes have been stolen from there (although I do not know what level of security they used).
I really don't have the room to keep my bike in the flat, but it's a Genesis Equilibrium 20 and really don't want it getting nicked. I have a Fahgettaboudit, Evolution Series 4, Kryptonite KryptoLok Series 2 D-Lock & 1.2m Flex Cable at my disposal.
Will the bike rack compromise the security these locks will provide, or am I just being paranoid?
can anyone ID this cap? it's in a rapha video, it looks like dataprint, so I'm assuming it's rapha.
