Fairly certain they suggest max 25s with a brake, and 28s without. I have the older Brother track frame pre Swift, and there's no chance it would fit 32s

Looking to get a rear rack and a pannier bag or two for the missus for Christmas. She has a basket on the front but it's a bit small to hold all the stuff she lugs to work.

Anyone have any suggestions for a decent rear rack that won't break the bank? Ideally in silver, her bike has eyelets for mounting. I've heard the tubus is decent, can anyone confirm?

Also a bag or two. Something with some style or quirk preferred - Wizard works is nice but I don't think they do panniers..

I have a 60cm track frame which comes up a little short for me. Looking to get a 61-62, ideally with a short (57-58) TT, as I'm all legs. Steel preferred! Any price considered if it's the right thing.
