Saw these guys in front of the National Gallery in Trafalgar Square this afternoon. There's always a chance it could be legit, but they didn't look like fixie skidders and I haven't seen Kestrel Super mixed with cycling since the Bridges Ride. Couldn't get a better photo because they weren't too friendly.
Black bike, no branding that I could see, brakeless I think, with black bar tape, deep section Mavic rims, clipless pedals, and a colourful water bottle. I tried to post this this afternoon when it might have been slightly useful to someone, but the internet where I was wasn't working.
I saw these guys on sunday afternoon too. Maybe they go there often? If so I'll try get some better pics I just remember seeing the guy in white shouting out drunk and random remarks to passer-by's.

Thanks for the replies. I have a crankpuller, but I don't have either the 14mm socket wrench (I have a 13mm but it's too small) or the lockring tool. YellowJxC, do you have those? I'm near Canada Water

I found out last night it was TJ that was involved in the crash. My heart sank hard. I went to the same school as him in the same year and same english and ICT class. He was a brother to me. I saw him only a few days before this accident it still hasnt hit me yet that's he's gone. It's way too sudden. I went to where it happened and couldn't believe the damage that was done. I laid my flowers there today and saw all my other school friends we stood where the car had hit the steel railings reminiscing about the times TJ made an impact on us. He was deputy head boy and Prom King. Absolute swell guy. Never caused trouble and minded his own business. He never ever deserved this to happen to him. R.I.P TJ.

Hi guys. My mate got one of these a few months ago http://www.decathlon.co.uk/btwin-fitness-3-id_8188895.html but now he wants to change the flat bars into drops and have shifters on the bars not on the downtube. But he can't seem to find any 7 speed triple shifters anywhere and I was wondering whether he could use 8/9/10 speed shifters instead but I wasn't sure if that would work. So I'm here asking for some help on whether this could be done and explain why it can't be done so I can improve my knowledge.
Thanks a bunch, Jackie.

Me being run off the road at the sainsbury's junction on new cross road. Total lunatic in a black audi. Was driving like the proverbial bell end down past the bus depot, tried to cut me up, but was denied (gave him the finger for his efforts as well).
He got the last laugh, as he managed to miraculously overtake 3 cars to get behind me at the lights, and then swerved into my back wheel as we set off and knocked me to the curb. Somehow, my bicycle completely escaped damage (despite a few chips in the paint work), and i got away with only minor injuries.
Luckily a doctor got his plates and gave me his card as a witness.
After waiting 2hrs and 15 minutes at the waldron clinic for treatment (and medical recording) of minor cuts and bruises, I handed in the police report.
Fucking brilliant day off.
I hate riding down that bit, just full of impatient drivers that don't see you till they're 10mm away from you and decide that you're in the wrong cos you're on a bike. Glad to hear that you're okay though mate and hope you can screw the fucker over (Y)
