Hello!
I'm currently stripping and breaking down my old racer. The frame has a few scratches as you'd expect from a bike of this age but it is in excellent straight working condition. Lovely cherry red and carbolite 103 steel. I have all the components except the rear wheel. Panaracer Ribmo tyres (400 miles old at most), very new quando 700c front wheel, brooks saddle, seatpost, brakes etc etc.
Frame: £60 inc postage
Brooks: £45 inc postage (couple of tiny scrapes - not broken in yet either so a bargain!!!)
Tyres: £30 the pair (currently £31 per tyre on wiggle i believe)
Front Wheel: £10 - will cost £££ to post i imagine.
Other components: £??? - ask what i've got and i'll tell you. Just a nominal fee to cover postage and a few quid my way really. In Gloucester, so would be hard to view for most you guys.
Cheers!
Tom

Call me naive, but its simple. You get out on the bike and train. You eat a balanced diet. No fads, not reading into it too much.
On June 15th i was 15st 7llbs (I'm 6'4!). Changed my diet, three times a week in the gym and doing three 45 minute cycles a week of a high intensity. I'm now down to 14st 3llbs and i feel a million times better for it.
Just remember, there is no miracle cure, no cheat. Just hard work and discipline.

I've got a Peugeot Equipe Carbolite 103 60cm frame in decent nick.
