Steve Hogg has some useful information on bike fitting.
A fair amount you can DIY.
He suggests fitting assessment when muscles are warm, as do Argos.

**When riding this bike looks stunning and is a rare chance to pick up a true handmade italian classic, this is one of the big four{Colnago,Pinarello ,DeRosa,Masi,Cinelli}.. **

Badly listed (apparent) Argos 531, 22"
By the look of the fork rake it could be one of their off the peg models rather than bespoke.
The frame number should give it away.

I don't think that's what the bid history represents. It means that bidder has put in a higher bid, say £75, and people keep boosting up the current bid by trying to bid against him. So far they have taken him up to £50. If they go over his max bid, then you will see the other bidder's name.
If other people had bid then they would be recorded as bids on the bid history page.
If I see three highest bids all by the same person, I bid just under the top one. That is their max, so be it.
It is a red rag to me. -
1988 Argos 753 25" frame with stuck seat post.
It is so popular one person is bidding against himself.
