Nothing through the group head, haven’t tried the wand/hot tap. Filled up the drip tray though so maybe a pipe has become disconnected…
I found these guys on the web so will probably send to them as I’m already down enough rabbit holes with stuff without adding espresso machines! -

@soul Cheers, the range thing is a bit murky right? There's a stated figure and then anecdotal real world figure that people moan about on forums... So the i5 is 295 miles on the books which sounds reasonable so what's that, 230 IRL?
I was looking at second hand Audi E-tron but the range is way worse than that! -
Thanks, I'll probably get this one from Curry's though and bill it through our company.
Also thanks @doubleodavey -

Whether it can produce broadcast quality footage with the XF lenses, I guess. To be honest I've kind of already talked myself out of the H2S.
I have an Xt3 and lots of glass and need to film some stuff for social media so was looking at OIS upgrades because the final product needs to be HD and slick. So I went down the gimbal rabbit hole and Fuji doesn't get much love compared to the Sony a7 etc.
I'm thinking of hiring a few different systems (Blackmagic 6K, Sony or Panasonic) with all the gubbins to see if something intuitively stands out. -

I think it's valid that not all leg press machines are comparable and it's fair to say my physio probably doesn't know our gym that well (they have their own place 20 minutes away but have a small office at our gym where they moonlight once a week). It's all just relative to my personal progress anyways...
We've settled into a routine where as long as my wife's not away with work, I can train 6.30-7.30am without it impacting the school run/jobs/her running so I pretty much go every day now. Huge improvements over 3x week, just gotta work around the DOMs and injuries! -
That’s a good point. I reckon I could get close to BW on a single leg pendulum squat but the leg press machine (not a vertical push plate type) is really tough.
@cookiemonster Thanks, this injury is actually engaged in the first 5-10° of movement in the leg so deeper doesn’t actually equal pain. It is finally beginning to feel less inflamed so I’ll do another couple of weeks of my prescribed exercises before increasing any load.

So I've been having physio on my knee this past month due to an inflamed bursa and one of the recovery exercises is to focus on single leg presses (on the LP machine). This was informed by my desire to get back into running and was told a normal benchmark would be 8 reps @ bodyweight. I know my legs ain't impressive but I'm a long way from that... does that sound a bit OTT to anyone else?
I think it might be the case similar to my feeble pull-up tally that losing 10kgs will do more good than lifting heavy weights. -
Anyone had keyhole surgery to remove a bone spur and regretted it? I have a long term shoulder issue which I can kind of live with but constantly niggles post exercise. The thought of 10 weeks out and then physio is making me reconsider.
