I don't get these lanes that allow buses and taxis but not mbikes, i can only think it's because they might speed, in which case stick some cameras on it. I find the inconsistantcy around London very annoying having been fined twice.
There are bad road users whatever the vehicle, sushi delivery riders, kids on t&gs, suits on their shiney new vespas riding possessed, etc, the same way that every time I get on my SS there are more inconsiderate cyclists than like minded people.

Welcome, Ben. The more framebuilders, the merrier! Have a look at Cosmonaut's threads and his blog:

http://www.lfgss.com/thread68829.htmlGreat reading, thanks. Has cosmonaut got a workshop out east now then?
This is a nice thread on a welding forum i frequent, last tool i need in my workshop is a milling machine then i'm rolling. http://www.mig-welding.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=25213
Have also had a good read of the dave yates courses which i'd love to have a crack at, want to improve my brazing though as my Oxy/act is gathering dust in the corner.

Hi guys,
Newbie, live in Bow, have a SS that my brother built for me so I can get fit again since I booted the ciggies. Err, I build and repair vintage scooters and have a serious interest in engineering and fabrication so I reckon a homemade frame will be next on the agenda.
Cheers,
Ben
Ps, my bike

here's a pic of me in '92 working on my second ever piece i had some real shitty tags i was writing "masha" then. i got told by petro that i couldn't write it any more because he wrote "hash" at the time and it was too similar. how i'd love to be painting in the sun again without a care in the world. happy days.
That picture's from Blackrock in Brighton right? Got some flicks of the Moon, tarnerland etc HOF circa '97 onwards under a bed at my parents...
This makes me smile... lazer tagging
