M-X.
I have a similar problem with my Pearson AN6 track frame. It's about 7 years old and only has stainless steel inserts on the outside of the dropouts to protect the aluminium from the knurled facing of track nuts. Problem with this, is that to get the track nuts to grip properly against the stainless steel surface the unprotected inside face of the dropouts gets mashed by the knurled surface of the hub locknut!
I'm going to track down some Stainless steel inserts. File back the inside of the dropouts until flat again and then simply drill and tap the dropouts to accept the steel inserts. Is all you need is a pistol drill, correct sized drill bit and a cheap carbon steel tap/holder and you can fit them easy.
yer doing well on 20 year old aluminium frame... have you checked it for cracks recently? :)

neither in a rideable state, but both would be good projects.
i have no time myself to do anything with them as i'm currently renovating our house thus have no time to play with bikes :(
both have 21" (535mm) seat tubes (centre to top) and 26" wheels.
the best bits on the girlie one are the nice vintage white raleigh pedals that were normally used on a mk1 girls chopper and the rear spoke protector.
the halfords bike is basic cheap machine but would make a nice pub/rat bike. there’s also a brooks vitesse 100 saddle (black plastic) included. not 100% a complete bike!!!
not worth writing much else, pics show them for what they're worth... FREE!!!
i'm based in ealing W5 in between hanger lane and ealing broadway stations.
ideally would like all the 2 bikes to go as 2 complete lots (rather than in bits) as i just need to clear space in garage for house shit.
if no one wants them here they'll be put on freecycle for the retards to fight over...
any questions just ask!

Crumpler Crisp Suit Messenger Bag
Excellent condition. Was my works computer bag, but was never really used as people complained it was too bulky. Been used only a handful of times and then left stored in a cupboard for many years. Trying to clear space out for house renovation.
Only bad bit, is the male buckle on the stabilising strap where the top of it got broken off by an office chair castor rolling over it. This needs to be replaced to make the bag 100% functional on the bike.
Never been used on a bike so no stinky sweat stains or smells!
