Will do. MrsPub has done a couple of turns recently (pacing, and barcode scanning, but still managing to run before helping out). Now we're on the roster we're hoping to help out every month or so each.
I've yet try out a few local ones, Sutcliffe Park, Danson Park, and a new one popped up along the river path from Woolwich Dockyard. -

I know a couple of people who use Shoe Goo to substantially increase the life of their running shoes. Not used it myself.
Love my Saucony Ride 15 (smoother ride than the 13, only other version I've had.) I've not been keeping tabs on mileage but durability looks to be excellent. Only ever had that kind of tear with some Hokas, which was annoying cos they were really comfy.

I thoroughly enjoyed this programme I stumbled across on Beeb4 recently. Fascinating story of 17th century alehouse shenanigans with great music and generally a lovely vibe. No idea just how authentic all the instruments and arrangements are, but MrsPub did identify some baroque-style violin bows!

I'm spectating again this year. Having two children in the last two years has scuppered my training volume somewhat and although I'm getting in the odd race/parkrun* here and there I really CNBA putting in what it takes to do a full marathon justice. Will probably be around 4 miles (Woolwich) with a nearly-2-yr-old on my back!
Did some parkrun tourism couple of weeks ago in Hove. Babysitters meant I could ditch the buggy and see where my fitness is at. 17:39 on a gently undulating course (a little off Richard Nerurkar's V50 course record of 16:12!) Fairly happy with that given limited running (+ indoor rowing), next up is the Chislehurst Half Marathon in a few weeks, a decidedly low-key road + trail race I did under the radar last year off similar low levels of training, so may try to beat last year's modest but meaningless time.

One of the reasons I like HH plans (n.b. I've only actually used the marathon one) is that compared to some other plans I've seen, they are fairly simple and tend to err on the side of caution, which is probably a good thing, and I remember treating the marathon plan as a sort of template to play around with. So if you're feeling particularly good maybe you can progress the race pace run to 10k or so.
As a rough rule of thumb, I've generally found that a tempo run of half race distance, at target pace, is a reasonably tough work-out in the middle of training. So ~10k @ HMP, 12/13 miles @ MP would be some of my tougher sessions. If they're feeling too comfortable, you could probably revise your target pace.
I loved the feel of Clifton 7 but they tore at the arch - after about 600 miles so I shouldn't complain too much, but used to getting 1,000+ miles out of a good daily trainer. Currently in Saucony Ride 15, maybe not quite as cushioned but a nice ride and durability seems pretty good.
I've been enjoying a few different experiences at parkrun recently. A few double buggy runs (current buggy pb 19:23, on grass around Charlton Park), some volunteering (20 mins pacing, also Charlton Park) and most recently a proper non-buggy blast around Dulwich Park last week, which we used as our club 5k champs. (Whilst also putting forward some volunteers for the morning to keep everyone happy.) 16:53, my first sub-17 since becoming a dad. Pretty happy with that off the more limited mileage I've been doing.
This weekend is the Southern Relays at Aldershot. (Anyone??) I'm on the glory leg for the V50 team (4 x 6k). Hoping for a medal but no idea what the competition will be like.
