Ok well i have a mobria transportable mobile phone circa 1982 ive tryed calling antique dealers, phone places, looking up ebay and other places where vintage stuff gets sold but i havent a clue how much its worth. Now i know people have said to me "well its worth as much as someone is willing to pay for it" well this helps me not one fucking bit. Anychance you have come across one before or know of a place i can contact to get valued would help.

Right I have pretty much finished my geared bike no thanks to the c u next tuesday LBS man. And also put together my beater fixie. But having a little trouble the chain is a little slack but i can take another link out. Any sugesstions? Also i have a freel wheel to put on my rosa pro lite wheels its 1/8 free wheel is that the right one and also when i screw it on the wheel does it go on with the writing on the outside or facing inside?

I have an interview for a job next monday. It's at 4.45 in shadwell, and can not be at any other time. I am meant to finish work at 4.45 in st john's wood. If I was with my old supervisor it wouldn't be a problem, but it's gonna be my new supervisor's first day so I can't exactly piss off at 3.30
what's a good excuse I can use to leave at 3.30? I haven't met the guy yet so I dont know if he's sound or not. This also raises the question of what to do with him for the last hour of the day after I ditch him, if he is sound. Ffuuuuuuu
Dont tell your employers that you have an interview. Ask if you can have the afternoon off. As you Need to go to the dentist and the only oppointment you can get is next monday afternoon. Best option!

I have the cable stops and even gave them to my LBS and they did nothing with them. I dont want downtube shift lever thats why i have sti levers. The only thing is i now have four holes in the downtube for the cables to go through. And now have to plug them up if i use the cable stops as the BB can get water in. With the cable stops i just screw them into the old lever holes and thread the cable thru?

Hay peeps, You have probably missed me for a while.
Right! I sent my bike in to LBS and he put my groupset on my bike but im not happy with what hes done.
Question! When i try to change gear with the dule brake/gear levers they are really hard to push not smooth movement as they should be, would you know of a way i can fix this?
I was thinking it might be the tension in the cable or maby (bike has no cable stopper under BB) he used what i can only describe as a jubilee clip but not put it on top of the cable (outer housing) hes just jubileed the cable. As a way to stop the outer housing to move to maby this is why changing gear is so hard?
