As its getting too winter and i dont really have lots of bike orintated clothes what would you recommend to wear when riding in winter? Cassette problem. Checked chain first as i thought i had problem with it but now realised that its the second smallest cog in thr cassette. The chain keeps jumping off the teeth. Do i have to buy a new cassette or can i just replace one?

Can you be arrested for accidently damaging a building roof even though your in hospital from the injuries sustained?

Basically my stupid mate got shit faced lastnight and decided it was a good idea to climb up on the roof of a comunnity building to "explore" the roof and managed to fall through a sky light. Hes in hospital with a brain bleed and brusing to his brain but talking and okish but do you think he will still be arrested for climbing up the building and damaging it?
