Due to a recent upgrade, selling this workhorse of a mac mini. Its in excellent condition, no marks etc.

Its been used a home computer, to do non-work activity, emails, household admin etc and a media server with a 1tb external HDD attached.

Hi hoping some of the parents on the forum who use the Yepp front mount carriers can help.

I am looking at purchasing the Yepp Nexxt Mini https://www.twowheelingtots.com/thule-yepp-nexxt-mini-review/

But I am confused about how to mount this to a road bike with a threadless, a head type stem. The stem on the road bike is the usual standard 1 1/8 plus spacers. But the max diameter for the Yepp mount is only 28mm. Does this mean you have to remove spacers to put this mount on? Effectively using the mount as spacers to get the handlebars to the right height on the stack?

I also intend to use this on a bike with a quill stem, but this seems more straight forward.

I've also looked at the older model Yepp Mini which has a A head stem adaptor but the reviews for this suggest its poorly designed.

I've gone with the VW dealer in the end, just peace of mind regarding all the vehicle specific electronics etc, not a lot of difference in quoted prices from independent fitters TBH.

ah thanks appriciate that - but I do want a detachable one and having inspected the underside of my car, I definitely need a cut out. The existing plastic skirt butts up right against the exhaust, so there has to be a cut out.

So its turned into a bit of a minefield of randomness. I have 2014 Golf Mk7 (pretty standard, nothing fancy)

I think I might just go with the VW dealer to avoid the hassle of saving £100.

No idea how much the actual towbar costs, maybe like £300? Most people claim its a 3 hour job.
